Health Insurance for Small Businesses

Another viewer wrote ... “Hi Amy! I was wondering if you could forward me the information on the small business health care story that you did with the owner of Market Blooms. Thanks so much, Susan.“

Susan, I am so glad you asked about this! The company’s name is The Physicians’ Assurance Corporation or TPAC. It was founded by Central Ohio Physicians so it will remain locally owned and operated. So, doctors will be making the decisions on health care. Dr. Alice Epitropoulos said, “We want to address the unstable employee health benefits market. TPAC is an alternative solution to insurance, offering competitive rates, patient-centered care and pricing transparency.“ TPAC will serve businesses with 2 up to 300 employees. According to TPAC’s fact sheet, it will offer 6 PPO plans, 6 Health Saving Account Plans, and 6 Health Reimbursement Plans and if that doesn’t work plans can be customized.

If you would like more information go to http://www.TPACInsurance.com.

I hope this is what you were looking for Susan.

Take care,
Amy
