NBC 4 Health and Lifestyle Expo
This weekend it’s all about you and being healthy! If you need your cholesterol or blood pressure checked come on down to the Columbus Convention Center for the NBC 4 Health and Lifestyle Expo. There are so many screenings you and your family can take advantage of and it’s all for free! Let me give you a list of some of the screenings ... prostate, breast exams, mental health, diabetes, HIV and vision. Most exams are first come first serve, so my advice is to get there early that way you don’t miss out on anything. Now if you need a flu shot that will cost you 25 dollars. The hours are Saturday Sept. 13 from 10am to 5pm and on Sunday Sept. 14 we’ll be there from 11 to 5pm. This will be my fourth year at the expo and there are so many fabulous things to check out! There are nurses, doctors, trainers, nutritionists, the latest workout equipment, cooking segments, Tony Anders will be there from Hair to tell us what’s in and out for hair and makeup ... it’s pretty unbelievable all these people under one roof. It’s a weekend about being fit, eating right and feeling the best we can about ourselves. I will be at the expo Saturday 12 to 2pm and Sunday 1 to 3pm so hopefully I’ll see you there!
