Is your child non-verbal or has little language? PECS is great but I wish I would have started using a communication device earlier with my son. I now let parents know to move to a communication device as soon as you can.
This program was created as part of Governor Strickland’s plan to “Turnaround Ohio,” to provide more uninsured Ohioans with access to affordable health care. It was expected that 5,000 children will be enrolled in this program by June 30, 2009. However, only a small number have enrolled and I wanted to help get the word out! There are financial requirements that are a lot more affordable compared to Medicaid income guidelines
