‘Round the Clock Moms
You emailed me at what time last night? GO TO BED!
Remember the first day of school? Walking into a new classroom, with a new teacher, and new kids. Not fun. Pretty scary, actually. My neighbor had a GREAT idea for her kids…so we’ll share.
In my very first entry I mentioned “Team Mom.“ I’m not the captain, barely a bench warmer…more of a cheerleader. I’m just glad I made the team.
It hit me last night. My baby is turning into a “big girl.“ Now how did that happen?
Maybe you can relate? Postpartum depression affects 80% of new moms and there’s new research out today about why.
Last night I peaked into Caroline’s bedroom. I love to watch my baby girl sleep. It’s in her peacefulness that I find my own peace.
It’s time to meet Denise. If it weren’t for her, I don’t think I’d be able to turn on my computer, let alone do a daily blog. Cheers to Denise!
Raindrops on roses are lovely and all, but I much prefer my baby girl’s soft hair on my cheek and the smell of coffee in the morning. What are your favorite things?
There’s a new product out there for nursing moms. It’s a test strip to let you know if it’s safe to nurse after drinking. What do you think?
It’s World Breastfeeding Awareness Week. There are lots of perks to breastfeeding, but I know it’s not for everybody, so let’s chat…
Do you keep a baby journal? I do, and I love it! Writing everything down helps me realize how quickly time slips by, and how I need to cherish each moment with my daughter.
Don’t you love getting a deal? Some people get a “high” from shopping, while others get a high on SAVING MONEY! SAHM Ellen Peppercorn dishes about her favorite money saving tips.
Just like the movie “Saving Private Ryan” makes me want to be a better American, looking into my daughter’s eyes makes me want to be a better mother. How has parenthood changed who you are?
I love success stories…love ‘em! And I’ll admit they are even sweeter when it’s a mom at the helm. Today on First at 4, you’ll meet an entrepeneur, wife, and mother of three who can bring home the bacon….uh, I mean brownies.
This is a hot topic among parents. Should our kids go BPA free? There are tons of products out there, but are they necessary? It depends who you ask.
