This morning I sat down with a true Bargain Mom. Ellen Peppercorn has a knack for finding a deal. In fact, she was happy to share with me her recent score of four free bottles of shampoo. Way to go! That explains her fabulous hair. :) You’ll meet Ellen on First at 4 today, and I swear this woman is truly saving money with her strategy. Yes, strategy. Ellen’s got a system going—and it works. I’m not kidding….I would not joke about freebies.
