Mother’s Day

Check the calendar.  Mother’s Day is this Sunday.  Are you ready?  Today on First at 4, we have a long list of great gift ideas for Mom.  Some are absolutely free, and others take just a little bit of planning…but they are good!  :)

So, for you Moms out there, what would be your ideal gift?  A day at the spa?  Jewelry?  Flowers?  A night out on the town?  Go ahead and share your favorite gifts, or even the silliest gift, and what would be your ideal gift for Mother’s Day.  Truthfully, I would love to sleep.  A good night’s sleep with NO baby monitor sounds ideal.  Follow that up with a yummy breakfast, and a day that isn’t jam packed with errands and I’m a happy mama.  I can’t think of anything I want that can be bought….just a relaxing day with my husband and daughter sounds perfect.

HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY ELLIE!!

The perfect Mother’s Day for me is being able to sleep in and then getting up and having a nice breakfast.  I don’t neccesarily need to go out, but I definitely don’t want to have to be the one cooking it either.  Just a day to relax, a cute picture drawn by my little man and maybe a trip to the park to spend with just my husband and son.  Yep, sounds pretty perfect to me!!
