Arts & Crafts Month: Monster Candy Jar
such an adorable way to dress up your candy jar for the young or young at heart! Instructions from Katie below
“I sewed the cloth into a sleeve to go around the base of the trashcan to form the body.
Next I covered the lit with the same cloth leaving room for cotton stuffing to give it a face.
The mouth, teeth, and feet were made out of felt squares cut into shapes and hot glued onto the monster.
Googly eyes were hot glued to pom poms and sewed onto the top to make the eyes.
Finally I gave it the monster name “Albert” and filled him with candy.“
I LOVE that she named him Albert!
Happy Crafting
