Book Commercial Contest Underway at UA Library

Young library patrons are invited to get creative! Make a commercial about your favorite book and post it on YouTube. Winners receive a gift card to a local bookstore and their video posted on the UA Library’s website.

Parents of Young Girls Free Health Seminar

As a father of a young girl I’m concerned about the pressures being put on all kids put particularly those being cast upon our daughters. When I heard about this free program I became immediately interested in hearing more and participating so I wanted to share this information in case you are also interested in learning more about preparing your girls for adolescence.
