Day 3 In New Orleans
The OSU defense and LSU offense give interviews today. The Bucks continue to field questions about their underdog status in the game. As Malcolm Jenkins says, “for a month straight, all we’ve heard is you don’t deserve it—that’s just motivation.”
OSU practices outdoors today at Tulane University, while LSU continues its work at the Superdome. No injuries to report from either camp, but OSU players are worried about one issue at the team hotel: Nintendo Wii.
Every player in this game received a Wii as part of the BCS’s bowl gift package. So each night the Buckeye players are getting aggressive playing bowling or tennis or even Mario Track! “It gets intense in there, guys start sweating ... almost broke up a fight last night!” Marcus Freeman says.
