Le-pocalypse! The Panic over LeBron and the Cavs
A sports talk-radio host in our town said today that LeBron James should be benched for Game 6 Thursday. He’s a big fat quitter ... and a selfish jerk ... and already has a foot out the door in free agency. Mike Brown will be fired and replaced with Phil Jackson at a salary of $12-13 million per season.
All this talk started since LAST NIGHT!!
Jeez people take a breath! Yes ... LeBron stunk up the joint last night. Yeah, it looked like he wasn’t even interested in the game. Of course, the team quit when they saw LeBron mail it in.
But THEY’RE STILL ALIVE IN THE SERIES!
There’s a funny parody song (you can find it on YouTube.com) about Cleveland that says “our economy’s based on LeBron James.“ And yes, it’s partly true.
But if James comes out Thursday night, scores 35 points and Cavs win, coming home for a Game 7, then what will all these fear mongerers say?
What proof is there that LeBron quit on his team then? Why would he play hard in Game 6 all of a sudden?
All I’m saying, is calm down… chillax. Watch Game 6, and instead of thinking about it being LeBron’s final game as a Cavalier, instead just think, hey maybe we can win this game.
Yes, LeBron stunk. But it’s not over!
