So we sat the hotel room alarm for 5am—8am EST—and headed out to Hollywood and Beverly, Hills that is. After a GPS miscue, we arrived on Hollywood Boulevard ready to rock… what we failed to realize was at 6am local time, nobody, i mean nobody was on the streets. So we were basically shooting video of tourists spots without tourists.
Then we stopped off in Beverly Hills, specifically Rodeo Drive. The strip features some of the top names in American and international fashion. We did however discover that it takes some cash to shop on Rodeo… there was however a Radio Shack one block over so we hit that up… again… no fans
But in our travel back into downtown we quickly realized the glory of Los Angeles—-smog. We recorded the damage…
More to come from LA!!

No comments for you.
Cool! More video clips!
I really like seeing people shoot video while they or their friend drives the car. I’d never have the nerve to try it myself.
I’ve heard that people in LA eventually get used to the smog. After a while they probably don’t even notice it anymore.
Neat pictures of Rodeo Drive.
Please post if you find any Buckeye fans out there. Maybe even ones who live in LA.

Great video. As a life long So Cal resident, I enjoy seeing other peoples’ view of LA. In your video, what actually appears to be smog is what we actually call “haze”. This is mainly a marine layer, which appears to be smog. This time of year it’s prevalent. For real smoggy days they issue “smog alerts”, which I havent seen in quite a while.
I hope you enjoyed your stay in So Cal. I’ve been a frequent visitor to the state of Ohio and I really enjoy myself everytime I’m there.
