To give me gray hairs - one computer model has us all rain Friday, two others all snow, a 4th has the snow going from Texas to Minnesota .....1500 miles difference only 2 days out on one little storm, how can they even think of predicting the future with any degree of certainty.  They can’t

This storm seems really hard to follow. I’m a transplant to Columbus and can’t figure out if our region is part of the Great Lakes, the Mid Atlantic, the Mid West or the North East? What exactly is the Ohio Valley? It seems like we are bit of everything yet, I can’t see how a costal low can make a difference in snow for us in this storm? Just watching the track and size of the storm- shouldn’t be obvious that we get some great snow?
