More snow, less rain

Seems like this event will explode over Ohio and will have the benefit of colder air at the surface and in the clouds than the previous one on Saturday.  This means fluffier snow that will blow around more than the last one, and more snow and no rain from it.

5-10 inches will be most common with this event with highest in northwest Ohio of 14 inches down to about 6 inches along the Ohio River
