All summer it has been difficult to get the overnight lows UNDER 70 degrees. All of a sudden it is going to be difficult to get the HIGHS above 70 later this week. That will bring out the jackets for the first time in ages. And we are going to get persistent rains with this pattern, something else missing all summer.
