Bitterly cold and blustery air will persist into tomorrow. Lows tonight 15, high tomorrow 36. But the wind changes direction to the southwest shortly allowing highs to return to 50 in 3 days! Friday! Still no major storms seem aimed at Ohio which is good news on several fronts; we have been the wettest ever this past year and need some dry days.
