In the 60s with gusts over 40 mph and thunderstorms expected through noon Wednesday and still it will snow lightly in much colder air overnight Wednesday. These systems are like spring storms and there is a tornado risk - mainly south of the Ohio River for the next 24 hours. We should also get an inch of rain. 2-5 inches of rain is falling on the drought Midwest and will help the Mississippi River too.
