Yes it is possible not to have a belly button.  The umbilical cord is attached to the fetus internally, not externally. The abdominal wall then forms around the umbilicus.  Though all fetuses have umbilical cords not all have belly buttons as newborns. When the umbilical cord is cut in a normally developed newborn, a belly button is created. The belly button is just the outward remnant of the umbilical cord in a normally developed newborn. However, if the abdominal wall fails to close around the umbilical cord, it is entirely possible to be born without a belly button?

For those who itemize their deductions, this expense must be paid in calendar year 2008. As of today: Monday, December 29 we still had not received ours. We paid it via the Internet to ensure we met the deadline but not everyone has that luxury. This makes no sense to me. Property values were declared earlier in the year so the tax should have been determined far earlier than this. It’s always issued during the last few weeks of the year but never this late that I can remember. I’d love to hear the bureaucratic spin on this one.

What are the best phone cards for soldiers overseas?

I have a grandson, who is now on active duty in Iraq. We send him phone cards so he can call home, I just sent him a 500 minute phone card. He called me and he had to use all his 500 minutes he had to use for 450 minutes and he talked about 15 minutes. I wanna know what can be done in first place they should be getting free phone calls they all go risking their lives for us. But I wanna know what can be done as far as phone card, what type of phone card should be purchased so, if he use that like a 500 minute card, it wouldn’t use up all the 500 minutes. Basically 1 phone call last about 15 minutes.

My son has severe allergies. He has an allergy to dairy and peanut, cats and dogs. It is sever allergies and one of these allergies is lentil.
