As a multiple property owner with no dependants, I’m one of those people who pays for everyone else’s kids to go to school. My question is, how can the Franklin County Treasurer (or any other county treasurer in the state of Ohio) legally continue to collect property taxes when our school funding system was repeatedly declared illegal by the Supreme Court? When will we be receiving our real estate tax refunds?
I know that for 100 and 200-series cars, the first 2 digits are the precinct, and the last digit is the district within that precinct. I know that 300-series cars are staff cars (commanders, community liaison, etc). 600 is Freeway Patrol and Motor Squad (or are the bikes numbered in 700s?). Lately, I’ve seen some 4-digit cars, like 9102. What are those cars assigned to? What other numbers are they willing to talk about?

How come they shortened the first at 4 program with host Ellie Merrit? I think she is very good and pleasant to watch. I think we should have her on for the full hour. I don’t like the other show that is on from 430-5 p.m. Merrit brings a breath of fresh air to the station.
What are the criteria for arrest during a Level 3 Snow Emergency? My spouse is a scheduler/secretary in a non-emergency department at a local hospital (OSU MedCenter)—his employer considers him to be “essential” and expects him to report to work under all circumstances. There is nothing *emergency* about him answering a phone so that patients can cancel their appointments. I worry about his safety on roads that are bad enough to be declared closed, and about being arrested for driving during a Level 3. I can’t imagine that any police officer will buy “I have to go to work to answer phones ...“ It’s not like he’s a doctor, nurse, or works in the ER.

Who determines what degree of weather emergencies apply to which areas? Also, which is the most sever: Level 1 or Level 3 Emergency?
When the most sever is determined, why should it still be necessary for each school to post closing?
Why should parents be ordered to pay 50% of their income and health care for their children when t hey never know where their children are and never get to see them. I think that estimate should go to the governor and he should look into getting it lowered 50%, its crazy especially if you don’t know where your child is and the mother and father left the state. Maybe we should be allowed to vote on this issue.
With the recent weather, the snow plows have bee out in force. Yet, they seem to be ignoring driving laws. I have seen two snow plows turn around in intersections, one of which had a traffic light. Are snow plows exempt from some driving laws, or are these few drivers just showing a blatant disrespect for safety?
Hopefully you can help me out here with this problem or can get some answers for me; my problem is I’ve been a AOL (America Online) member for 10 years or so. And it seems there’s a problem they’re having with a thing they call TOS (Terms of service) in members of my family. They have tried to terminate our service over & over for things such as cussing, giving out numbers, pictures, an so on but what’s messed up its not us all the time but they say it is .So we call them then all we get is a bunch of grief from them!!! Like the past time which was just a couple days ago they kicked my brother off but will not say what for or will not show anything of why they did .But they say that nobody is allowed to cuss, post nude pictures, use certain words ,use racial terms, post peoples numbers or addresses out, have screen names with cuss words in them or profiles with cuss words in them & so on but there’s a lot of people on there that do an they WILL NOT DO A THING ABOUT IT!!!! But we do anything like that they seem to kick us off in to me is not right what so ever if we can’t do it then my question is why can others ? Maybe you can ask them why that is an to me it seems like they have a problem with us but not others because other people that use AOL (American online) can violate there rules all the time in never have anything done about it .And they seem to have a problem dealing with people that have a learning disability or speech problem because they just give the run around an say things like…Sorry we cant tell you, that information is not allowed to be told or some bull crap & that to me is dissemination or how ever you say it .Anyway the fact is there not doing there job it seems like they let most everybody in these chat rooms get away with everything but us in like I said its pure bull crap!!! It’s dissemination to us .So if you could possibility ask them why it is okay for others to violate there TOS (Terms of Service) but not us and ask them why they don’t seem to listen to people with a disability. Because they seem to refuse to listen to us or tell us why we are the ones getting kicked off all the time but nobody else is.
The mayor is talking huge city budget cuts including many jobs. Who is funding the recently new dog park at Spring and Third Street, and the new information signs for pedestrians downtown? I was wondering why a dog park when they are closing recreation centers for kids?
How are often are the children play areas at Polaris Mall cleaned and sanitized? Is it required by a code?
Why does the National Weather Service provide statements and alerts only in upper cast text? There are also many characters not used in normal text. The format could be easily changed to for easier reading. In many states the names of counties are also the same names of cities. A few simple words and change in format could clarify the text message. Have you heard any word that the National Weather Service wants to change?
