Are there list of recalled foods containing peanut butter?

When will I receive my unemployment?

I have been unemployed for almost 3 weeks and am waiting to see if I can get unemployment? The phone lines are long, but do you know how long before I get my first unemployment check?

Why are the unemployment checks taxed by federal government?

Why are Unemployment Checks taxed by the Federal Government? It seems unfair that if you get $400 a week the government takes 10% or $40.00 the extra $160 to $200 a month could be better used by the unemployed then by the government.

Will the stimulus bill eliminate welfare reform?

Is it true that the stimulus bill eliminates welfare reform which has been so effective in reducing welfare rolls over the past decade, or so?  Are we really going back to welfare without limits, Caps or work requirements?

How can I apply for COBRA?

The stimulus pkg had an item in, that people who lost their jobs after 9/1/08 were going to be able to get help with their COBRA payments.
I have call ODJFS and several local agencies, but no one knows where to apply for this assistance. Have you all heard as to where we go to apply?

WCMH-NBC 4 Studio on Broad Street in use?

I am wondering why channel 4 moved out of there studio down town I have not seen it used since shortly after it was opened?

Hershey’s Chocolate Factory in Hershey, PA closing down?

I heard this morning that Hershey’s in PA was closing down and moving to Mexico. If we have trouble here in the U.S. with quality control and inspections, how will we control candy and food shipped from other countries? I would be fearful of getting tainted or contaminated candy. What is in place to insure that the food and candy is safe?

Children exempt from school immunization requirements?

With all the talk about parents not wanting to get their kids vaccinated for fears of autism, my question is, how do these children get into school or daycare? I thought that was a requirement, I know it was when my kids entered school. I had to show shot records and they had to be current and up to date.
